What do I get as a member?

Please view the Membership Inclusions to see what’s included, and which parts are optional extras. Please also read and familiarise yourself with the Terms Of Service, which we ask that you consent to before you join, and agree to whilst being a member.

Your membership/subscription will automatically renew on renewal date that you join so if you do not wish to renew, you must manually cancel the subscription before then. Refunds are not issued after the annual membership fee has been charged. The membership contribution is $49 US now, with an automatic annual renewal of $49/Monthly US. This amount will not changed for the life of your membership as long as you keep it active.

  1. Please, explain why I do not have access. I just upgraded my membership to Platinum and I am still denied access?

  2. On 02/07/2025 I was charged $499.99 through PayPal for yearly Platinum access to SPCU which, according to your website, includes self-paced courses. I have tried to access the courses with no luck and the only support offered is a chat box which goes directly to a pop-up window which informs to sending an email and that it might take a few hours for a response. Today is Feb 16 and I still haven’t gotten a response to either of my inquiries. Now I see “You don’t have access to purchase this item.” What gives? PayPal says to contact you and all I can find is a video showing how to cancel a subscription but nothing about a refund. Under your Terms and Conditions it states a no refund policy however SPCU is not allowing me to access the courses I paid for. As of yet I can find no remedy to this and no one is obviously interested enough in my problem to make this right. No chat, no email response, no contact phone number, no support of any kind.

      We understand your concern regarding the $499.99 charge and your inability to access the self-paced courses. Please be assured that we are taking this matter very seriously.

      We are currently working on a complete relaunch of the SPCU site, which has unfortunately resulted in temporary access issues for some of our members. We deeply regret that this has affected your experience.

      We understand your frustration regarding our Terms and Conditions, but given the extenuating circumstances of the site relaunch and your inability to access the paid content, we will be processing a full refund of $499.99 to your PayPal account.

      You can expect to see the refund reflected in your PayPal account by the end of today.
