1. Introduction

Welcome to our SPC University Wealth Building System! This manual is designed to help you understand how the board structure works, how to participate, earn, and grow your network effectively. Please read this guide carefully before starting.

2. Getting Started

2.1. Registration

• Visit the official website at https://spcuniversity.com
• Click on “JOIN NOW“.
• Fill in your personal details, sponsor ID, and choose a username and password.
• Confirm your registration via email or SMS (if applicable).

2.2. Activation

• After registering, activate your account by purchasing the initial product package or paying the entry fee (if applicable).
• Your position will now be placed on the first available board under your sponsor.

3. Understanding the Board Plan

3.1. What is a Board?

• A board is a structured group consisting of a fixed number of members (e.g., 15-member 2×2 or 2×3 matrix).
• Boards are enumerated at $25,$50,$100,$200,$400,$800,$2, 500 and $5,000.
• Each board pays out an amount 4 times the amount you paid to enter.

  Example:

• $25 Board pays $100
• $50 Board pays $200
• $100 Board pays $400
• $200 Board pays $800
• $400 Board pays $1,600
• $800 Board pays $3,200
• $2,500 Board pays $10,000
• $5,000 Board pays $20,000

3.2. Types of Boards

• Feeder Board: Entry-level board to help new members get started.
• Main Boards: Higher-level boards with increased earning potential.

3.3. Board Splitting

• When a board is filled, it splits into two new boards.
• The top member cycles out and earns a reward or upgrades to a higher board.
• The rest of the members shift up and continue building.

4. Referral System

4.1. Direct Referrals

• To qualify to receive payouts you will need to refer two (2) people directly to your downline.
• The system is set up where ALL MEMBERS who join are automatically placed in the next available space. This method keeps all the boards moving and all affiliate making commissions daily.

4.2. Spillover

• Spillover occurs when your upline or team adds members that automatically fall into your board.
• This is a team-support benefit but should not be relied on for growth.

5. Earnings and Rewards

5.1. Cycle Bonus

• You earn a cycle bonus when your board fills and you move out.
• The amount depends on the board level.

5.2. Referral Bonus

• Fifty percent of your monthly membership fees are paid by the cycler. These are distributed equally among all members

5.3. Reinvestment or Upgrade

• After cycling out, part of your earnings may be reinvested to rejoin or upgrade to the next board.
• This ensures continued participation and higher potential earnings.

6. Account Management

6.1. Dashboard

• Access your board positions, earnings, referrals, and upgrade status.
• Monitor your progress and that of your team.

6.2. Wallet

• Your earnings are credited to your E wallet.
• Withdraw to your bank or crypto wallet after reaching the minimum threshold.

7. Rules and Guidelines

• Do not create multiple accounts (unless permitted). Every month the system will automatically re renter you on the entry board. You are also reentered ontp a level you just cycled out of.
• No spamming or false promises to recruit members.
• Maintain ethical marketing practices.
• Non-compliance may lead to account suspension or termination.
