Welcome to SPC University (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Platform”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://spcuniversity.com (the “Site”) and all associated services, content, features, courses, digital products, subscription services, and community features (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services in any manner, including visiting or browsing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
To access certain features or purchase products or services, you must create an account.

SPC University offers educational materials, courses, training, and related digital content (“Content”). All Content is licensed, not sold, and is subject to intellectual property protections.
Some Content and features require a paid subscription (“Subscription”). Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with Section 7.
Prices are as displayed at the time of purchase and may be changed by SPC University at any time.
You agree to pay all fees associated with the Services you purchase. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). By providing payment information, you authorize SPC University and its partners to charge your chosen method for the total amount.
All payments are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy.
You may access and use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes in compliance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of Content without authorization.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code.
Use the Services for unlawful purposes or in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
Circumvent account security or access restrictions.
Interfere with or disrupt the Services.
All content, branding, logos, trademarks, course materials, and proprietary information on the Site are owned by SPC University or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Content for your personal educational use only.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price unless canceled prior to renewal.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations do not take effect until the end of the current billing period.
Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. These are provided for convenience only and are not under our control. We are not responsible for their accuracy, content, or practices.
THE SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPC UNIVERSITY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SPC UNIVERSITY, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SPC UNIVERSITY IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SPC University and its officers, directors, agents, affiliates, and employees from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms and any claim or dispute arising from or related to the Services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall be conducted in Dallas, Texas and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
