SPC University has a monthly and yearly membership option. The monthly membership is $49.00 and you can cancel at anytime. Please make sure you review our cancellation policy and terms of service.
An Administrative Process timeline can vary depending on the issue and whether the issue is a public or private matter. However, typically an Administrative Process takes 21 says to secure a judgement in estopple from the notary.
SPC University has a number of different training videos that will instruct you on the proper construction of negotiable Instruments as well as the proper way to conduct an administrative process in order to discharge contracts by way of setoff.

As SPC University deals with electronic information, once you have logged into the site we will not issue a refund on a subscription. Subscriptions are cancelled by you in your back office.
SPC University processes subscriptions through PayPal and Stripe. You can use a credit or debit card with either of those payment processors.
Consultations are scheduled on a first come and first serve basis. Payments for consultations are received through PayPal ,Cash App, Zelle or Venmo
Yes! You can make changes to your subscription including pausing or cancelling the subscription from the accounts page. You can watch a video on how this is done here.
Webinars are conducted twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays and additional webinars will be announced.
